PubLedge License

PubLedge is dual-licensed.

- Code, schemas, scripts, build system, JSON Schema files, JSON-LD contexts,
  and other machine-executable or machine-consumable artifacts are licensed
  under the Apache License, Version 2.0. See LICENSE-APACHE.

- Content — including but not limited to the protocol prose (PROTOCOL.md),
  prior-art surveys (PRIOR-ART.md), JIA and RMA templates and instances,
  obligation definitions, vocabulary documentation, origin pages, bridge
  pages, and the rendered website — is licensed under the Creative Commons
  Attribution 4.0 International License (CC-BY 4.0). See LICENSE-CC-BY-4.0.

When in doubt about which license applies to a given file, treat the file as
content (CC-BY 4.0) if it is a markdown document, YAML data file, or HTML
page intended for human reading; treat it as code (Apache 2.0) if it is a
JavaScript, shell, JSON Schema, JSON-LD context, or other build-system
artifact intended for machine execution or validation.
