During the Dentacor demonstration period, the Utah Division of Professional Licensing (DOPL) forgave enforcement of unlawful and unprofessional-conduct actions under Utah Code §58-69-5 solely for conduct authorized by the RMA. The initial mitigation period ended May 31, 2026, and no public extension instrument was located as of July 25, 2026.

What Counts

• Conduct that would otherwise be unlawful or unprofessional under §58-69-5
• Conduct authorized by the Dentacor RMA (AI-concurrent hygienist diagnosis + authorized procedures)
• Conduct occurring within the agreement period, within agreed geography and user scope
• Participant in full compliance with all RMA terms at the time of the conduct

What Does Not Count

• Conduct outside the mitigation scope (other dental procedures, other patients, other periods)
• Conduct after termination of the agreement
• Conduct that violates other statutes or agreement terms (full penalty framework re-applies)
