"Utah HB 452 (2025) requires mental health chatbot suppliers to provide clear and conspicuous AI-and-not-human disclosure to Utah users before feature access, at the beginning of an interaction after absence of access within the previous seven days, and whenever a user asks or otherwise prompts about AI use, and provides a policy-based affirmative defense to specified unauthorized-practice actions."
