PubLedgeRMA — 30-Day End-Of-Term Report
Within thirty days after the end date of an RMA, the participant must file a written report with OAIP summarizing the demonstration, any incidents of harm, any legal actions, and any complaints filed against the participant in connection with the mitigation period.
What Counts
- Written report submitted within 30 days of termination or expiration
- Overview of the demonstration and use of the mitigated AI technology
- Enumeration of incidents of harm to users (if any)
- Listing of legal actions filed against the participant stemming from the demonstration
- Listing of user complaints received during the period
What Does Not Count
- Reports delivered past the 30-day deadline absent OAIP extension
- Reports that substitute a final monthly report for the end-of-term report
- Reports that omit legal action or complaint disclosures
