OAIP's May 19, 2026 outcomes report describes January-April activity while the pilot was still in Phase One. It says the AI recommended renewal in 72% of cases, and each recommendation then went to human physician review. Within that 72% subset, the first reviewing physician agreed renewal was appropriate in 91% of cases. When the first physician requested more information, a second physician also reviewed the case; OAIP reports that either the first or second physician found renewal appropriate in 97% of that recommendation subset based on the information the AI gathered. In the remaining 28% of all cases, the AI escalated without recommending renewal; physicians agreed the escalation was appropriate in 69% of that escalation subset.

The report says the sample was limited, based on reports from Doctronic physicians, and subject to a separate OAIP review. It is an operational observation, not an amendment or issued term. It does not establish a later phase, compliance, extension, termination, or the pilot's current phase or status after the reporting period.

OAIP's AI FAQ, observed September 9, 2026, says the Phase 2 transition criteria were updated from 250 prescriptions total to 250 medications in each medication group, still subject to OAIP approval, and that Butalbital and Flecainide were removed from the formulary. The retained signed agreement instead describes the first 250 patients as Phase One and includes both medications in its formulary. OAIP's current Doctronic page links the signed agreement, outcomes report, medical-board correspondence, and a policy memorandum, but no signed amendment. The FAQ is therefore retained as an official dated observation and explicit source conflict; it does not establish the amendment mechanism or effective date, OAIP approval to enter Phase Two, or the pilot's current phase.
