PubLedgeRMA — Hold Harmless The State
An RMA participant agrees to hold OAIP, the relevant Division, and their agents, officers, and employees harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the participant's work performed under the mitigation.
What Counts
- Full indemnification of the Office, the Division, and their agents/officers/employees
- Coverage of claims, damages, losses, and expenses stemming from participant activity under the agreement
- Continued indemnification through the agreement term and for acts committed during that term
What Does Not Count
- Indemnification limited only to negligence or willful acts
- Carve-outs for claims arising from participant-controlled activities
