Each Learning Lab RMA participant submits a monthly report to OAIP at `ai@utah.gov` covering user data, incidents, complaints, research findings, and any other information specified by the Office. The report is the primary ongoing accountability mechanism between participant and regulator during the mitigation period.

What Counts

• Monthly cadence, sent to the Office's designated intake address
• Qualitative and quantitative user data
• User complaints and any incident summaries
• Research findings, impact analyses, technology assessments
• Additional information requested by the Office on a per-agreement basis

What Does Not Count

• Aggregate quarterly or annual summaries in lieu of monthly reports
• Reports delivered only on request
• Reports that omit complaints or incidents even when none occurred (null reports still required)
